Central to the philosophy of the College is an integrated approach to community education which is responsive to the needs of the wider community.

We believe that the College plays a vital role in the social and economic development of our community. The list of community initiatives and activities either supported or directly managed by the College includes an Adult Education Programme, the co-ordination or regional Youth Work and Numerous sporting and leisure activities.
